Non-Returnable Items
Our products, including Tulsi Malas, Kanthi Malas, Rudraksha, and Japa Malas, are considered. sacred items.
To maintain their purity and hygiene, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, as they fall under the category of consumables.
Damaged or Defective Products
We ensure extra care is taken in packaging for safety. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will happily replace it free of cost.
Mandatory Requirement: A valid Unboxing Video (clear, uncut, and showing the shipping label) is required to approve any damage claim. Claims cannot be processed without this video.
Time Limit for Claims: You must contact our support team regarding a damage claim within 72 hours of receiving your product.
X Missing Items in Order
In the rare event that an item is missing from your package, please share the full unboxing video with us immediately.
After verification, we will ensure the missing item is dispatched immediately, or we will adjust the amount in your next order/process a refund.
Refunds Process
Our primary policy is Replacement First. Refunds are only processed in the rare instance that we are completely unable to provide a replacement for a damaged or missing item.
Timeline: Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Order Cancellation Rules
You may request to cancel your order only before the product is dispatched.
After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
Time Limit for Changes: For any cancellation or change requests, please contact our support team promptly, ideally within 12 hours of placing your order.

Refund & Return Policy :
Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .
Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 10 days.
